Shipping, Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

In some cases, your order may ship the same day it is placed. If your order is prepared ahead of schedule, it may be shipped early using USPS Ground Advantage to ensure a smooth and cost-effective delivery.


Shipping Methods (U.S. Orders)
We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)

  • USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days)

Delivery time begins after your order has shipped. Shipping estimates may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions.


International Orders
We do ship internationally. Please be advised:

  • Delivery time varies by destination (typically 7–21 business days)

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These are issued by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Poised Lux is not responsible for any customs-related charges or delays.

We recommend reviewing your country's import policies prior to placing an order.


Tracking Information
You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped. If you do not receive it within a few business days, please check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.


Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not liable for deliveries made to the wrong address due to customer input.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. 

  • We are not responsible for any issues with your local post office delivery delays or claims. If you order shows delivered via the tracking number- we will not reship your order.
