We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $100. For smaller orders, flat‑rate shipping applies. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once it ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final to maintain the integrity of our craftsmanship. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email contact@uniqbypoisedlux.com within 7 days with a photo of the issue—we’ll make it right.
Where are you based? Can I visit in person?
We're based in Los Angeles, CA, operating primarily online. While we don’t offer a walk-in studio, we do host occasional pop-ups and events—follow our email updates and Instagram for announcements.
Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes. All lashes and adhesives are cruelty-free, and our lash fibers are 100% synthetic. Adhesives do not contain animal-derived ingredients.
How long do your lash styles last?
Each handmade strip lash is designed for multiple wears—typically 10–15 uses, depending on how well you care for them. Always store them in their original case and clean with a gentle oil‑free makeup remover.

A: No. Our DIY Elements are original designs inspired by Uni's work as a lash artist. We do not replicate or claim to use any patented systems or technologies. The clusters are created through general lash manufacturing methods commonly available in the industry.
Q: Are these applied underneath or on top of the lashes?
A: Application is based on personal preference. We do not promote or require a specific method of application. Each customer uses their own technique, and we do not provide technical guidance on placement.
Q: Are these made using heat-fused or bonded bases?
A: We do not manufacture our products using proprietary or patented fusion techniques. The lash bases are made through standard commercial processes without reliance on any unique bonding systems.
